Term & Condition

PURCHASE OR DELIVERY TERM & CONDITION.

1- All purchase order must be sign at the first order before any of the hardware delivery to the customer appointed place.

2- All of the successful hardware delivery to the customer will be "Cash On Delivery" as per terms & conditions apply "COD" for the first ever deal with any of the anonymous customer with official receipt or invoice issue by Aristo Enterprise.

3- All goods sold are not returnable.

4- All goods will be guaranteed upon delivery only.

5- For "Terms Payment" will be only valid for those customer which has been approved by Aristo Enterprise due to both side terms & conditions has reach both understanding & sign on the agreement officially.

6- All payment will be available through Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer & ATM Transfer only at the moment due to payment transaction is limited until further notice have issue by Aristo Enterprise.

7- Hardware delivery will be "Free Of Charge" as per terms & conditions only covered for Kuala Lumpur & Selangor only, there will be charge for outside delivery after all expenses calculation has been made by Aristo Enterprise & agreed by both side understanding.

8- Free delivery to outside of the area will be granted for every purchase more than RM15,000.00 of Aristo Hardware item as per terms & conditions.

9- The management have all the rights to postpone any of the hardware delivery due to stock availability from time to time not more 1 or 2 weeks notice.

10- For those Terms Payment must be settle within than 2 weeks time after the date of delivery.

11- Demo Item must be sign by the customer with official customer stamp which is optional if the customer is under personal purchase order, Demo item must be return within than 2 weeks time period with all official acknowledgement sign.

12- All official transaction will recorded and kept by Aristo Enterprise for future reference, inquiry will be respond through only official channel such as through our Marketing Manager or email & general phone line.

13- All purchase order must be at least 3 days in advance depends on the availability of the customer request.
